Due to the nature of the organisation, this is not your 'typical' Customer service role.     Roles and Responsibilities

    The successful candidate

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a particular focus on verbal communication as this is primarily a telephone-based role.

    • Experience of working in a contact centre is highly desirable but not essential.
    • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
    • Excellent understanding of IT systems/packages including CRM and confident in using multiple systems at once. Knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable but not essential.

    HR Advisor - Nottingham - £16 per hour - one day on site per week!

    Macildowie is working on an exciting HR role for an organisation based in Nottingham, to appoint a skilled HR Advisor for a three-six month interim assignment.

    As an HR Advisor, you will focus on employee relations casework, sickness absence management, and provide expert advice on HR policies, systems, and recruitment.

    he role is paying around £16 per hour (plus holiday pay) and are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. This role also offers a generous hybrid working structure with only one day on site per week.

    Key Duties might include:

    • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
    • Oversee sickness absence cases, facilitating employee return to work and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date with current legislation and best practices.
    • Contribute to the improvement of HR systems and processes for increased efficiency.
    • Advise on recruitment practices when necessary.

    Prior experience in an HR advisory role is essential and experience in the public sector is desirable.
