    We are working with an iconic brand and organisation in the heart of Nottingham to appoint a Management Accountyant to join their vibrant, fast-paced team.

    Your key duties and responsibilities will include;

    • To assist in the preparation of the month-end management accounts pack and provide trend analysis, analysis of margin performance vs plan and overhead variance analysis reports for the sites/contracts.
    • Overhead monitoring to include purchase ledger process, phasing and journals
    • To help ensure that all taxes and duties (including VAT, FEU) are accurately accounted for in respect of all transactions.
    • To manage and review the accounts payable and accounts receivables ledger, provide any support needed to help resolve any aged creditors and be responsible for managing some key accounts.
    • Preparation of month end journals to include prepayments, accruals, stock reconciliations and fixed assets.
    • Compile information from multiple sources and verify it to produce the groundwork for large complex settlements.
    • Monthly reconciliation of balance sheets codes
    • Help support the NM management team by providing support and analysis when required.
    • Revenue recognition to include sales invoice process, phasing and journals
    • Inter-company journal processing and reconciliation
    • To achieve the required performance KPIs and targets as stipulated in our contractual arrangements.
    • To assist in the management and reporting of the company's cash flow and treasury management.
    • To undertake other task or duties as may be allocated from time to time in keeping with the responsibility of post.

    The successful candidate will have gained a good grounding within the Management Accounting function and be able to hit the ground running in this fast-paced organisation.

    You will ideally be part-qualified and studying towards a professional qualification although candidates with demonstrable experience will also be considered.

    The role is based in the offices five days a week but it is a unique and exciting workplace in the centre of Nottingham with free parking.

    Your Experience:

    • At least 2 years experience in Recruitment, with a strong history of consistent delivery for customers and high performing billing levels, ideally for clients in the East Midlands.
    • Proven delivery of both billings and business development to build strong relationships with clients across a defined region.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team. This role has a clear pathway to Manager and Associate Director the ability to develop and step up as your team grows will be key.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
    • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive results through data-driven decision-making.
    • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

    They are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll on a permanent basis. This role offers part-time hours with flexible working arrangements, and the freedom to split the days and hours as per their preference, as long as they fall within our office hours of 9am - 5pm.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Oversee X110 payrolls, a majority of which consist of 1/2 directors in the business, resulting in consistent monthly payroll processes.
    • Handle the remaining quarter of payrolls, which may involve 20-30 employees per company, requiring weekly or monthly payroll processing.
    • Process payrolls from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely payment calculations.
    • Possess knowledge of pension and tax procedures, although expertise in these areas is not essential.
    • Utilise MoneySoft as the primary payroll system, although prior experience with the software is not required.
    • Utilise Xero accounting software for accounts and certain payments, although prior experience is not essential.

    Skills:

    • Previous experience in payroll processing or a related field is highly desirable.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy when working with numbers.
