After spending 3 years as an internal recruiter for one of the UK’s leading Multi-Site FTSE retailers where he was responsible for recruiting roles in the E-commerce Trading, Digital Marketing and Creative sectors from Entry Level through to Senior Management.     Outside of work, along with enjoying travelling & visiting different countries, I’m a bit of health & exercise enthusiast! I love the feeling of pushing my body so really enjoy Pilates, yoga, Hiit & Body Combat, plus these all help with my main passion which is running - the freedom of being outdoors is amazing (aside from the occasional injuries!)  & am a regular Park Runner. I’m also passionate about charity fundraising & I normally set myself a yearly challenge, which has enabled me to raise thousands for CRUK, Breast Cancer Charities & others!

Tamsin, joined Macildowie in 2002 having worked in recruitment since 1996, and she successfully grew the temporary and permanent finance market in our Nottinghamshire market before deciding to move offices in order to use her experience to develop and grow the Leicestershire, Coventry and Warwickshire Finance market. As Managing Consultant she is also key in providing support, mentoring and training of our newer Macildowie team members when it comes to all things Temporary/Interim.
