Tom Newell

Tom joined Macildowie following a successful career within the Hospitality Industry, running a successful venue for an award-winning regional organisation. He is part of the HR & Marketing Team and is responsible for the Junior HR market across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Tom recruits for both permanent and interim roles, helping professionals take the next important steps within their HR careers.

Tom is passionate about building fantastic, sustainable professional relationships with his candidates and clients, ensuring that he provides personable service and shares his extensive market knowledge.

Outside of work, he is a massive cricket fan who has been watching and playing since he was 10. Tom also enjoys a huge range of sports, including playing football, golf, and rugby alongside regular skiing trips. He has a passion for all things cocktails, specializing in mixology in his previous career, and enjoys trying food from different cultures around the world.
