How much should I pay?

This is one of the most common questions we’re asked by our clients.

Despite the fact that Blue chip organisations typically have wage, salary and overall remuneration schemes in place, the question of “what to pay” crops up all the time. 

Similarly, SME’s who maybe recruit once or twice a year, regularly ask for our consultative advice on what to pay.

In fact, the question isn't solely asked by organisations who are currently recruiting. 

We’re asked at least once a week by clients how much they should pay their current team members for one or more of the following reason:
