How to secure top talent

We strongly believe that it’s our job to provide you with a complete overview of candidates both “IN” and “ON” the market. 

With the job market being the most competitive it’s been in over a decade, you the hirer might potentially be required to think about different options.

As a matter of course, our intention will be to send you three separate shortlists for each vacancy as detailed below:

  1. candidates who match your exact requirements and preferred salary.
  2. candidates who are more junior than you ideally want, but who have a high CPI score (capacity for processing information) and are therefore both quick learners and keen to progress.
  3. candidates who may have more experience than you require, who for an extra few thousand pounds you may be able to secure the services of.
