Thursday, 29 July 2021

12:30 to 14:00

Zoom Video Call

With the numbers of people suffering from workplace stress and burnout increasing, it has never been more important for employers to understand the causes, impact and importance of prevention strategies.

By bringing into focus the signs, symptoms and key indicators of both chronic and acute anxiety, stress and burnout our event host, Linda Neville, will highlight the emotional, physical and social consequences. The ability to recognise and identify these symptoms helps the person to manage themselves and the employers to consider ways in which to support their workforce.

Learning outcomes:

· An understanding of the impact of anxiety on physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

· Recognise signs, symptoms and key indicators.

· Some hints and tips to manage yourself.

· Ideas to support colleagues and employees
