A one hour workshop that will identify how to create a workplace culture that can build connections and productivity. We will look at how encouragement, active listening, curiosity and empathy can empower people to show up to be the best versions of themselves at work and in all aspects of life.
The session will be delivered by Stuart Fern and Caroline Muldoon, founders of The Human Flourishing Project who are trainers and thought leaders in all aspects that make us distinctly human. Through an experiential approach, they encourage new ways to think, feel, do and connect. We will explore how to embed values, behaviours and communication styles and how they can drive positive culture change in organisations.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn simple and effective communication strategies to build respectful and effective relationships in the workplace. Strategies include:
- What's my Leadership style and how it can have an impact?
- Encouraging v’s discouraging statements
- Curiosity questions for deeper understanding
- Feeling heard and having a voice
By creating an environment of equality, mutual respect, dignity and encouragement, everyone can flourish.
This is an online event and you will receive your Zoom link shortly before the event.
