A free 45-minute yoga session for people that sit at their desks all day. In this online yoga session, Nicole will guide you through a gentle yoga flow to help release the aches and pains of sitting at a computer when working from home or the office. This session will enlighten you on how yoga can improve your concentration, breath awareness, flexibility in the body and your overall health and wellness, all things that can be ignored in a hectic office job.
About the speaker:
Nicole Windle is a yoga teacher, Reformer Pilates teacher, Sound Therapist, and Founder of The Soul Space, and Co-Founder of Heal Her Retreats and Thai Masseuse. In 2015, Nicole travelled to India where she did her first 200hr teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India. Nicole has since trained in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Sound Therapy, Thai Massage and Reformer Pilates bringing Yin and Yang elements to her classes.
