This one hour session looking at why self-awareness is the foundation of understanding every aspect of our lives, the positive impact it can have on us both professionally and personally and how we can cultivate and use it to achieve goals and to flourish.
The session will be delivered by Stuart Fern and Caroline Muldoon, founders of The Human Flourishing Project who are trainers and thought leaders in all aspects that make us distinctly human. Through an experiential approach, they encourage new ways to think, feel, do and connect with ourselves and others.
“When you know who you are everything changes” Gary Vaynerchuk
We often spend a lot of our time learning about everything except ourselves even sometimes trying to escape who we are. Together we will explore the notion that we are so much more than our thoughts and perceptions and look deeper within.
Asking questions such as: Who am I? What do I like to do? What are my strengths? What will help me flourish? By understanding what we have to offer the world we can focus on those strengths and come to terms with our human flaws. With knowledge comes strength and with the right kind of self-awareness we can find our superpower and stand proud and say “This is me!”
This is an online event and you will receive your Zoom link shortly before the event.
The Human Flourishing Project partners with organisations to help embed values, behaviours and concepts of wellbeing that allows all its members to thrive.
