In this event, she will run through, why leaders can’t ignore ill-health/poor wellbeing – how ill-health affects productivity (the biz case for health & wellbeing), why presenteeism isn’t just the opposite of absenteeism, why presenteeism isn’t all bad – the different types – good and bad and how to manage it. In addition to this Zara will also cover the extent and main causes of sickness absence & sickness presenteeism.
