If you want to know how to approach what can be a daunting stage in any senior professional's journey, this webinar should not be missed.
I care about the people around me and I am driven to succeed with them. With a relaxed open and fun approach, we can take on every challenge with a positive mindset - I’m here to help you be the best you can be! That means building trust, rapport and respect on equal grounds and finding the fun in the challenge and change.
But if you’re wondering what my credentials are, I have over 35 years’ of successful senior leadership experience leading big teams and even bigger change programmes for globally minded UK businesses.
I’ve always been a people-centred leader. Whether it has been as a Non-Executive Director, listening to strategic plans and brainstorming solutions, or as a senior leader, building and maintaining all strategic and operational relationships, I always been told I have a great way about me, and that has been vital in building relationships and rapport – which incidentally has been the key to success in business.
I’ve coached talented individuals from all walks of life, from C-suite leaders and field managers to front-line colleagues and support teams, I have supported their decision-making during change, challenged them to grow and evolve and seen the hidden potential in them that they might not have thought themselves.
Why do I do it?
I do it because I get real buzz out of helping people grow and deliver the change they want. I love to see leaders grow and fulfil their potential and I only work with clients that I can help make the change they want in their lives.
In the boardroom or over a coffee table, I naturally gravitate towards supporting others to reflect on solutions and provide a positive outlook on the future. I have always strived to develop relationships with a mutual respect and trust, one of the reasons why I have experienced so much success over the years is that I have taken the time to listen and understand.
