Business Manager | Multi Academy Trust | Warwickshire| £30,000 - £32,200
Macildowie are very excited to be collaborating with a Multi Academy Trust based in Warwickshire who are seeking to appoint a Business Manager. It's a friendly team to join at a Trust which is growing. They are looking for someone who has some finance knowledge but is also open to managing a more diverse portfolio of responsibilities.
Reporting in to the academy Headteacher you will also be accountable to the Head of Operations and play an integral role in managing the onsite function of the schools and taking the pressure of the Head Teacher. This role is offering 30,000 - £32,200 per annum and comes with fantastic benefits including 20% employer pension contribution.
The role
- Responsible for providing professional leadership and management of non-teaching school support staff in partnership with teaching staff.
- Ensure the most effective use of resources in support of the academies learning objectives.
- Responsible for Resource management; Administration management; Management Information and ICT; Facility & Property management; Health and Safety management and Data Protection management for the Academy.
- Take a lead responsibility for forming effective working relationships with external agencies such as contractors etc.
