Macildowie are pleased to working alongside a fantastic business in Long Eaton to recruit additions to their Customer Service team as Claim Handler.
This is a full-time, temp to permanent opportunity (3 months temporary).
Working hours are Monday Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm
Role & Responsibilities:
Managing a high-level of claims via inbound calls and emails.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
Ensure all claims are logged and resolved within the business target time.
Provide accurate and appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure full resolution.
Maintain all records of customer interactions, process accounts and file all required documentation.
The successful candidate for this role will require previous experience working within a fast-paced customer service environment and the ability to work to tight-deadlines whilst still providing excellent communication skills.
