Job Description

Macildowie are proud to be supporting a not-for-profit organisation based in Leicester to recruit an engaging and confident Data Analyst to take ownership for and improvement of their operational data.

This newly created role will see you work closely with the business to provide analytical support to improve decision making and drive strategy, policy development and influencing activities within the organisation. Reporting into the Head of Data, your key duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Develop the processes and tools to carry out data collection, deliver analysis and insights, and identify risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Develop standardised, automated self-service reports and dashboards on member data, KPIs etc to meet the business needs of the Directorates and member networks.
  • Actively work with the board and member networks to identify relevant data and analytics to provide insights to inform strategy, identify business opportunities and address operational needs. This will include identifying opportunities for automation of workflows and tasks.
  • Work with the Membership Directorate to develop and implement a dynamic predictive member segmentation model to provide insights into members' needs and interests, predict trends, produce insights to identify opportunities for innovative, new products and services, optimised marketing for existing products, opportunities to expand membership and highlight potential risks to member retention.

You will be a confident and experienced data analyst with a strong track record of adding value to an organisation through the use and management of a wide range of skills. You will have xperience of manipulating, analysing and visualising data using SQL & Power BI as well as be able to support and work with non-data related teams to provide support and engagement.

This newly-created post can be fully remote, although there is an expectation that you attend the offices in the either Leicester OR London for key stakeholder meetings.
