Executive Assistant

Up to £35,000
Permanent, full time
Macildowie are excited to be working with an extremely well established organisation in Derby to recruit an Executive Assistant. The EA will closely support members of the Executive team ensuring that their days run as smooth as possible. This is fast pace role which involves extensive diary management, so experience in a senior role is essential.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm from their office with the flexibility to work some days from home (no set days for hybrid working).
Role and responsibilities include:
Provide executive-level support to the Executive Team Members
Extensive management of diaries calendars, organising and planning meetings and events
Ensuring relevant documentation ahead of management and team meetings, making sure a high standard of accuracy and presentation is maintained.
To be primary point of contact for internal and external clients for the Executive Team Members. Â
Organise and manage widespread travel arrangements
Organise and arrange regular project meetings, conference calls, ensure key project members attend and follow up on all action plans.
Ensure an agenda is issued prior to each meeting, take meeting minutes, and issue these after the meeting to allow key project members to follow up.
Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure key information is shared across the business.
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience in a confidential environment and handle sensitive data
Previous experience supporting at Executive/Board level
Excellent diary and calendar management skills
Highly organised
Ability to spin many plates and work well under pressure
Friendly and approachable
Excellent MS Office package
