Macildowie are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Administrator for a not-for-profit organisation in Nottinghamshire. This great role will offer the opportunity to join a fantastic city-centre based organisation (with free parking!!) and develop your career within the finance function with study support being on offer if required.

You will be for a hard-working individual who is inquisitive, detail oriented and who is not afraid to perform challenging tasks in order to help achieve goals, all within a supportive and service-focused environment.

Reporting in to a supportive and impressive Finance Manager, your duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger including supplier payment runs, statement reconciliations and invoice posting.
  • Post and reconcile bank & petty cash transactions
  • Support with the administration of the payroll function
  • Produce and report financial information for the Training Hub
  • Manage ad hoc purchasing

This role will offer:

  • At least 2 years' experience within a finance role
  • GCSE in Maths and English of grade C or above
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel
