Finance & Billing Admin/ Ashby De La Zouch/ 9 months Temp / Up To £12ph
Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with this leading business based in Ashby on their search for a motivated and driven individual to support with a high workload for a minimum of 9 months.
This is a 9 month temporary role.
They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.
Office based Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30.
The salary for this role is up to £12ph dependent on experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a finance or billing administration role and know their way around an invoice, you may have knowledge of Freight Management as well and this would be preferred.
- Reconciling Ledgers
- Dealing with Query Management
- Dealing with and understanding key pricing tariffs
- Invoice creation and re-distribution
- General administration
- Excel Usage
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience of in a billing or finance admin role
- Pro-active and reliable
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Good excel skills including vlookup's
