This is a truly exciting Finance Director role with complete accountability for the UK entity.
Macildowie are proud to have been retained by a growing B2B and B2C services Group with European Headquarters to conduct the search and selection process for a Finance Director for their (also-growing) UK operations.
Entrepreneurial and in a sustained phase of market growth, this organisation seeks an experienced Finance Director with an optimistic, solutions-focussed attitude to growth and associated business transformation.
Embarking on an ambitious 5-year plan, this organisation need an individual in place in the UK who can augment their capability to deliver on their plans. Private equity-backed, this organisation seeks a high-growth Finance Director who is no stranger to business transformation, scaling operations sustainably and using data to drive customer and employee-centric decision-making.

*Active M&A experience (inc. buy-side DD and subsequent integration)
*Creating best-in-class financial business-partnering to deliver sustained, profitable operational growth
*Ensuring the financial function has the people and tools (e.g. ERP) to ensure capability is optimised
*Being an inspirational role model to those you interact with
