Macildowie Finance are thrilled to be working on a fantastic Financial Accountant role for a Communications business based in Market Harborough. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated finance team of an award-winning company with a rich history.
This role is vital in supporting the finance function and would be well suited to somebody Part Qualified who is looking to develop their skills and gain experience in a variety of aspects of finance.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include:
- Carrying out monthly management accounts
- Responsible for processing of invoices, journals, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, debtors and creditors
- Supporting sales invoicing and assigning costs to different departments
- Responsible for the payroll function, and managing payroll related balance sheet reconciliations
You will be/have...
- Level 4 AAT qualified, and studying or with a view to start studying ACCA/CIMA
- Experience of working in a similar role for at least 2 years'
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with a variety of stakeholders
- Comfortable with some travel between different sites (within Leicestershire)
