Head of Marketing and Product
£60,000-£70,000 + car + bonus + many more benefits
Nottingham hybrid
Full time or part time (4 days minimum)
Are you a commercially minded Marketing leader that has previously sat on the Senior Leadership Team, partnering the MD on annual business planning processes?
Have you also specialised in Product Marketing at some point in your career?
If so, I am working with a fantastic client based in Nottingham. Now, I know everyone says their clients are fantastic, but believe me when I say this organisation is genuinely top tier. They have managed to create a culture that champions trust and creativity and are now looking to take their small but perfectly formed Marketing team to the next level!
This role will sit on the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with other Leaders across the business and the Managing Director. You will have full autonomy for the UK Marketing strategy, but also play a key part in influencing and designing the overall business strategy for the UK and the delivery of that agenda. There will be many opportunities to identify growth areas within the UK where you can add value both on a short and long term basis. You will also collaborate with international teams on various global initiatives.
Whilst the role is highly strategic, you don't have a huge team, so there will be an element of 'rolling your sleeves up' so to speak. If the team does not have the bandwidth to deliver campaigns to deadlines, you will need to step in and lend a helping hand to see things through to completion every now and then.
