Macildowie have an exciting opportunity where we are partnering with a national organisation, seeking a HR Admin to join their business on a permanent basis. Joining the HR team of 5, this role requires a confident HR professional with experience managing the full employee lifecycle. The team is super supportive and will offer the opportunity for an upcoming HR professional to continue their HR development!
The role consists of:
- Processing any employee changes on the HRIS
- Processing contracts, offer letters and supporting the onboarding process
- Providing first line advice to managers and employees on any HR query
- Working on any ad-hoc projects that arise
- Communicating with stakeholders confidently and efficiently
The ideal candidate will:
- Be CIPD qualified
- Have experience working in a generalist HR Admin role
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Be confident working with a HRIS
