HR Advisor
Nottingham - Hybrid Working
Up to £30,000
Macildowie are delighted to be working with an amazing Public-sector Education organisation, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join on a permanent contract. The working-model for this role is hybrid, with 2/3 days required working in the fantastic Nottingham office..
The successful candidate will:
- Full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit interviews.
- Handle Employee Relations queries, and manage ER casework.
- Support the HR Manager with upcoming project work.
- Support on the design and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Full recruitment lifecycle, including interviews and managing the hiring processes.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a confident, experienced HR Advisor.
- Hold a CIPD qualification.
- Have experience managing HR systems and ER cases.
- Be confident working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
