A global manufacturing organisation based in Warwickshire are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a brand new role and is being brought in to support positive business change, growth and workload. You will support around 200 employees (of 500ppll total headcount) with everything and anything from a HR perspective.
Reporting into the HR Manager and working alongside another HRBP, you will ensure the effective and appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place, giving advice on a range of complex employee relations issues, frequently coaching line managers to develop their knowledge and key understanding in a really hands on role.
This role will suit a HR Business Partner with a track record of working in a fast-paced organisation delivering excellent results, partnering with high intellectual key stakeholders and understanding how to adapt your approach and partner efficiently.
This is also a fantastic opportunity to work on large scale HR projects including revamping all HR processes and procedures, re-evaluation of their company benefits scheme and much more!
