HR Shared Service and Reward Manager
£60,000p.a. - £65,000p.a.
Permanent role
3 days a week in the office in Northampton
Macildowie HR are currently working on a role that encompasses team management, reward and projects including process revamps, benefits updates and system implementations.
This is going to require someone who is strong with process and administration and who has had exposure to reward.
No two days will be the same in this business, they are fast paced and commercial - to say the least. You will partner with key stake holders in an operational capacity to ensure the smooth running of the shared service admin function, building strong relationships and assisting with all operational needs.
You line manage a team of four who support a head count of 1900 employees across 17 sites.
This construction material manufacturing business have extensive reporting and system updates and therefore the successful candidate will need to be relatively savvy with excel, data manipulation and reporting.
