Relationships are at the heart of everything we do and key to success will be working hard to build meaningful connections with the best candidates in the market, engage with clients and manage the whole recruitment process with a real focus on adding value and a consultative approach.

What we need from you in return:
An ability to bounce-back: Recruitment can be challenging but it is also incredibly rewarding. The key is how you approach it; you'll need to be able to bounce back from challenges, positively learn and grow from mistakes and keep a can-do attitude throughout.
Organised & can multi-task: You'll have experience of keeping many plates spinning and really enjoy the faster pace a temporary desk moves at. You'll be cool-headed when problems can arise and you'll have the organisation skills to keep one step ahead.
An ambition to win: A drive to win business and watch your desk grow will give you a competitive edge in your market. With a healthy amount of competition you'll focus on growing market-share in your region whilst keeping yourself at your best.

Experience: You will have previously worked in a recruitment environment with experience of working on a temporary desk.
