Internal Account Manager / Temporary and Permanent / Hybrid Working / up to £35,000
Temporary (with the possibility of permanent)
Macildowie are seeking a number of highly motivated and skilled individuals to join this growing business as a Temporary Internal Account Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, manage key customers, and contribute to the growth of our the customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Management of Key Customers: Act as the single point of contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Customer Call Out Plans: Develop and implement customer call out plans to maintain regular communication, strengthen relationships, and identify potential upselling opportunities.
- Customer Base Development: Hunt, maintain, and develop a customer base in the industry through a consistent call cycle plan. Aim to become the customers' preferred choice by understanding their needs, building trust, and delivering exceptional service.
- Collaboration with Internal and External Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and technical departments, as well as external suppliers, to ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.
- Market Knowledge: Work with the internal team to stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and advancements in the market. Use this knowledge to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
- New Product Launches: Ensure regular communication with all customers regarding new product launches through our key strategic suppliers. Keep customers informed about the latest offerings and help them make informed decisions to meet their renewable energy goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management or customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple customer accounts and priorities.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities for growth.
- Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and experience in meeting customer expectations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or other customer management tools.
