My client is looking for a dynamic, driven and hardworking individual who wants to build their career in the PA world, to join them on a full time, permanent basis supporting the CEO of the organisation.
You must have strong Administration abilities, be able to manage complex diaries and have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Role & responsibilities include:
Act as the main point of contact for the CEO and wider business
Producing minutes and collation of information for meetings
Other general office duties
Organising Travel plans and ensuring the CEO all of the correct documentation required
Helping to manage the CEO's diary/appointments
Liaising, meeting and greeting customers and clients
Previous experience in a similar PA role
Excellent diary management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Able to work in a demanding environment
Can communicate written and verbally at all levels
Highly organised and can prioritise tasks
