Macildowie are actively seeking a Pensions Administrator to work for a great business based just on the outskirts on Nottingham city centre in NG2.
This is a part time permanent position working 3 days a week (1 day in the office and 2 days from home).
Working hours are flexible - either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm depending on your preference.
Salary is based between £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
In this varied role, you will work closely with the Payroll and Pensions Manager, main focus will be to maintain and update the pensions records, strong admin skills are required and ideally has previous pensions experience.
Key Responsibilities and duties include:
- Have experience of working in a pensions or financial role in a busy and fast paced office.
- Have the ability to manage a varied, complex and often conflicting workload, ensuring delivery against strict deadlines.
- Be adept at working with and managing large amounts of complex information.
- Be a strong and resilient communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be highly ICT literate with the ability to quickly adapt to different ICT systems.
- Knowledge of LGPS schemes and the Teachers Pension Scheme would be an advantage.
