Job Description
Macildowie are working with an established business based in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit an experienced Portfolio Growth Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for creating a range of monthly, quarterly and annual MI
to help understand key movements strengths. The successful applicant will be pivotal in helping the use of large data sets to draw meaningful insights about and shaping strategy for growth.
The role:
- Maintains our customer mailing lists and provides regular insights into proportions of the book we are able to market to (by preference e.g. email, text, phone)
- Creates and uploads customer lists for campaigns and business initiatives (including existing customer portfolio, existing sales pipelines and new prospects
- Has strong analytical skills and demonstrates the ability to keep customer data safe and secure at all times
- Hierarchy management - creates new hierarchies & sales rep codes and owns the monthly portfolio mapping process to ensure accuracy of segment flags in our CRM
- Uploads, cleanses and maintains any cold data used by GP from third parties
- External mailing support for large scale mailings - validating data sets, management of exemptions, transferring of data to mailing house, proofing etc
The candidate:
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and a confident user of Excel (will be required to manipulate large quantities of data with strong attention to detail)
- Understands the importance of managing sensitive data within regulated guidelines
- Works well under tight timescales and able to prioritise effectively without supervision
- Self-motivated, high performing and goal oriented
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Desirable: Previous experience with Pardot, Salesforce or relevant CRM (or alternative data / marketing automation tools) specifically managing customer lists
- Desirable: Experience working closely with GDPR, Privacy or Data Compliance regulation
