We are proud to be recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join our client who is growing and is looking for someone trying to get into Procurement and develop further! Our client is within the building materials industry, but industry knowledge is not required as this is an entry level position.
Based in Rugby, with hybrid working, you would have experience with Microsoft Office and would come with a hunger to learn and develop within Procurement. You would be able to demonstrate your motivation for wanting to grow within Procurement and have a high level of enthusiasm.
The ideal candidate would be able to work well within a team, be organised and work in a fast-paced environment with a strong IT Literacy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, collate and report on data from key stakeholders
- Management of data for new and existing products, keeping information accurate and upto date
- Coordinating activities within Category team and wider business
- Co-ordinate sales enquiries from internal or external customers within your product category
- Support the procurement from the Procurement team
- Provide required support & assistance during the creation of printed & digital media creation
- Act as an ambassador within the UK market helping to create and nurture key relationships

- IT Literate - Microsoft
- Excellent team player
- Organised and efficient
- Hunger to learn about Procurement and develop
- Good attention to detail
- SAP Experience advantageous, but will be trained on this
