The Role

We are currently looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team within the Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics Division. You will be based out of our Nottingham office, based in the City Centre.

You will be working with clients across the East Midlands area, typically Derby, Nottingham, Northampton and Leicester. We are lucky enough to have an extensive list of PSL and Key Account Clients, so every call you make will be a Warm call.

Salaries for the positions you will eventually recruiting will range from £18K up to £60K +, and we typically recruit Senior staff, Managers, Head and Directors of a particular area.


Job Titles include; Purchasing Manager, Category Manager, Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Head of Supply Chain, Planning Manager, Production Planner, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Demand Manager Forecast Manager, the list goes on…

About You

We are looking for a motivated, competitive individual who wants to progress their career within a Consultative Sales based position.

This is definitely a people person role where you will be speaking with Candidates and Clients over the telephone and face to face every day of the week.

In terms of salary you can expect to earn £35K in your 1st year (we have had people come in and earn much, much more than this) and in the 2nd year the sky really is the limit, Consultants regularly earn more than £60K

You will receive weekly 121s and also weekly training sessions from the Leadership Team and also external Training providers.
