Macildowie are excited to be working alongside a national organisation seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join their recruitment team on an initial fixed-term basis. The business, based in Cannock, require an individual who is confident with the recruitment processes who will be able to support the high volume of recruitment for the organisation as they go through a busy period of recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end recruitment for the business including taking job briefs from hiring managers, advertising of new roles, the active sourcing of potential candidates, CV sifting and getting involved in the full process.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience within end to end recruitment from briefing to offer
- Have experience within high volume recruitment
- Have experience with direct sourcing methods
- Be confident and personable and able to work at pace
