Once again Macildowie HR are working with a commercial, fast paced and demanding midlands based manufacturing company who are looking for a Reward Specialist who can join them on a permanent basis reporting to the Head of Reward.
Macildowie are excited to be working for a Northamptonshire based manufacturing company who are looking for a Reward Analyst/Partner to operate on a remote basis with the ability to travel t the midlands once a month (ish!).
The organisation is looking for an established and experienced Reward Analyst/Partner to support the reward function with everything and anything
You will add support and guidance on the following
- Management and review of company bonuses
- Annual salary reviews
- Support with regards to salary sacrifice car incentives
- Monitoring and improvements of the benefits gateway
This role is paying c£45,000p.a. + benefits including remote/agile working and a 'cracking' line manager who will support and develop you throughout your time in this role.
