Sales Administrator / Temporary and Permanent Positions / Up to £24,000 / Hybrid Working

Due to exceptional growth an increase in enquiries and resulting sales within this business. The company are seeking highly motivated Sales Administrators to join them on their journey. Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of driving sales. Provide excellent customer service to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Ensure open and transparent communication with customers. Provide regular updates on live orders and deliveries, keeping customers informed and engaged throughout the process
  • Effectively and accurately process customer orders, ensuring that prices and costs are recorded accurately. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience, promptly following up on all quotations and managing customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration role or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and financial transactions.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.
