Sales Administrator / Temporary and Permanent Positions / Up to £24,000 / Hybrid Working

Due to exceptional growth an increase in enquiries and resulting sales within this business. The company are seeking highly motivated Sales Administrators to join them on their journey.   • Take ownership of driving sales. Provide excellent customer service to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Ensure open and transparent communication with customers. Provide regular updates on live orders and deliveries, keeping customers informed and engaged throughout the process
  • Effectively and accurately process customer orders, ensuring that prices and costs are recorded accurately. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience, promptly following up on all quotations and managing customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Previous experience in a sales administration role or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and financial transactions.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.
