Senior Finance Business Partner | Social Housing | Fully Remote| £55,000 - £65,000

Macildowie are very excited to be collaborating with a Social Housing Group who are seeking to appoint a fully remote Senior Finance Business Partner.

Reporting in to the Service Manager you will be play an integral role in working with stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance and support. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving financial performance, ensuring effective resource allocation, and identifying growth opportunities.

The Role:

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in our organisation's financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.


  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, aligning them with the organisation's strategic objectives.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, reports, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop and evaluate business cases for new initiatives and investments.
  • Drive cost optimisation initiatives, identifying areas for efficiency improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend proactive measures to achieve targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing financial advice and guidance.


  • Part Qualified (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in finance business partnering roles, preferably within the social housing sector.
  • Proven track record in driving financial performance and delivering business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
