Macildowie HR are so delighted to be working once again with a Northamptonshire Food Manufacturing company who are looking for a permanent HR Manager to join their friendly, customer focused team.

Staff well-being is a huge part of their company values so this role does give you flexibility with hours to ensure you have the prefect work/life balance. However this is a HR role that is focused around people so some office presence is expected.
The position itself is supporting the company with a head count of just under 100 employees across 2 sites down the road from each other. You will support them in a generalist capacity and be responsible for any HR projects (they are currently looking at revamping the benefits package, developing their succession planning and looking in to people retention!)
To be successful in your application you will need to come from a generalist (ideally SME) HR background with some exposure to a manufacturing or blue collar workforce and be open to supporting with anything and everything.
This role is paying up to £50,000p.a. + comes with 24 days holiday + bank holidays, 10% profit related bonus and additional benefits such as gym membership and an electric car scheme.
