At Macildowie, we are looking for our next group of trainee recruiters to join our growing business in 2023.
With a brand established over 25 years ago, we recruit across 8 core disciplines some locally and some nationally from our Nottingham and Leicester offices.

A bit about what you would be doing:
- Relationships are at the heart of everything we do and key to success will be working hard to build meaningful connections with the best candidates in the market, engage with clients and manage the whole recruitment process with a real focus on adding value and a consultative approach
- Learning how to identify talent in a market, matching candidates not only on skill but soft skills and competencies
- Growing your personal brand both in person and on-line, using digital training to help you develop your market
- Using our award winning value proposition Macildowie have to create job opportunities with customers and connect them with the best candidates in the market

Support & training: We will start your journey with us with an initial 6 months training plan for the market that best suits your strengths, with regular support, coaching and access to our e-learn platform 'MacYouniversity'. What we need from you in return:
You don't need previous recruitment experience for this role, we're looking for people who have the right approach which includes:
An ability to bounce-back: Recruitment can be challenging but it is also incredibly rewarding. The key is how you approach it; you'll need to be able to bounce back from challenges, positively learn and grow from mistakes and keep a can-do attitude throughout.
Passion: A pro-active approach is key to succeeding so if you really like diving in, learning to create opportunities for both yourself and your team and building relationships; this role could be perfect for you.
Communication: To help establish and grow your relationships you'll need to be a good verbal and written communicator, able to adapt your approach to different types of people.
Experience: You don't need specific recruitment experience any experience of working with customers is beneficial. If this is potentially your first job you will need to have something which can demonstrate your drive, communication, problem solving and organisation ability.
