Account Manager / Customer Retention / Office and Field Based role

Acting as a representative for the business and the face of the company, we are actively seeking an account manager, who has the adaptability skills and personality to deal with our customers from c-suit to manager level. The account manager is a prestige position within the company and we expect the highest level of customer service, organisation and listening capabilities to perform the role.

We provide some of the high street's most recognisable businesses with tailor made digital interfaces and playlists to suit our customer's environment and encourage greater sales penetration through innovative methods. We pride ourselves on helping out clients increase their profits through subtle atmospheric tones that encourage their customers to spend in store.

What's required is an individual who understands the professionalism that is required to represent our brand and liaise with CEO's, Store manager's and directors, helping and advising them on the best course of action to help their business. Key experience is someone that has worked in Key Account Management (or an account manager) who can plan their day/week/month to maximise our clients time, potential spend and provide a solution that works for all parties.

Driving licence is a must. You'll be expected to travel 1 or 2 days a week to meet clients face to face and discuss their options and how we can help. Travel and fuel expenses will be reimbursed.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience (£25,000-£30,000). There is a car allowance, bonus and benefit.
