Job Description

Were looking for an Account Manager who will proactively contact customers to understand their needs, understand the problems we are solving for them and ensure they are getting the most from the products they purchase from this business.

You will be expected to;
Provide great customer service to existing customers
Assist with the on boarding of new customers as and when needed
Advance sales opportunities with prospect qualification, development, production and presentation of solutions and contract negotiation and agreement
Work towards KPIs - number of calls, number of opportunities created, opportunities closed
Identify customer requirements in order to up sell existing and new solutions
Maintain the CRM for both new and existing customers
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.


Experience


You will be an exceptional candidate, in particular we are looking for candidates who have:
A strong background in account management/new business development
Successful track record in analysing accounts and achieving sales targets
Self-motivation and confidence
Experience of web based applications and Windows
Frequently meeting and exceeding targets set in a previous sales role
Determining customer requirements and specifying technical solutions
An excellent communicator and team player, with a results oriented outlook and a clear ability to capitalise on any potential new business opportunity


Desirable
Sales experience of offering software solution/services (SAAS)
The SMS or telecoms industry
