Macildowie are currently looking for an Account Manager working for a quirky, growing business on the outskirts of Loughborough
This is a permanent position with full time working hours.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure service level is kept above expectation's
Face to face client meetings
Overall management of the account
Working closely with internal and external management
Ensuring service levels remain high
Using the CRM system
Prospecting new retailers to involve them in company services
Building strong relationships with customers
Data management (Excel)
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered you must have strong account management experience, have excellent communication skills both written and verbally and be confident dealing with suppliers.
