Account Manager/Internal Sales/Customer Service
A brilliant vacancy as arisen with a proud business partner of Macildowie for an Account Manager/Internal Sales executive to join our team in providing workwear solutions to multiple industries.
We supply footwear from boots to shoes that are specifically designed and tailored to suit the industry we supply, for example in harsh cold conditions in the far reaches of the world, the footwear must be able to cope with temperatures that fall below -30' and still deliver maximum performance. The same applied for warm climate's for the construction industry and many other industries (like telecom installations, for example).
You responsibility is to manage the relationship with the clients we supply, ensure the orders of processed and correct, build long term relationships and find out what other products we can supply their business needs through regular checklist reviews. This element of cross selling offers financial reward and bonuses, which are reviewed through the year. In principle, the more opportunity you discover, the more money you can earn.
Key experience required includes:
- Customer Service, Account Manager or Sales Experience
- Confident and professional
- Willing to take inbound calls and make outbound calls your allocated accounts
- IT literate, especially with Microsoft office and Excel
- Polite and punctual
Working hours are 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday, with Holiday entitlement and bank holidays.
