Experienced Accounts Assistant Required
Macildowie are delighted to have partnered with a superb global business based in Leek who is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their business on an initial 6 month contract.
The Account Assistant will be responsible for the Clerical Finance function. This is an integral role within the Accounts team so you will need extensive experience and will be rewarded with a competitive salary, great working conditions in a fast paced but supportive environment.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will require candidates that are comfortable working across the Clerical Finance functions including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control.
You will have full responsibility for GL reconciliations
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will be a self starter who has at least 3 years experience as a Accounts Assistant in a high volume, fast paced role.
You will need a positive can do attitude and have the flexibility to support the business in busy periods such as Month, Quarter and Year End.
It would also advantageous to have advanced Excel Skills including v-lookups, pivot tables and basic Macro's and well as working experience of SAP
