Macildowie are actively seeking an Accounts Assistant for a well established company based in Nottingham city centre.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Salary is £19,000 per annum, looking to start as soon as possible,
Working in a small team of X7 within the purchase ledger, sales ledger department, the candidate in question will be responsible for supporting both teams. Great role with plenty of variety, purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control and general administration.
- Purchase ledger - processing invoices, bank reconciliations
- General Admin duties - answering the phone, data entry
- Credit Control - liaising with suppliers, ensuring payments are met
- Provide reports and support to the management team
- Provide support and cover for both the sales and purchase ledger teams
- Resolving general queries
