My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Coordinator to join their busy team to cover a shared maternity leave. The role will run for around five months, commencing 27th March, however there may be further opportunities available within this exciting business for the right candidate.
Duties within the role will include:
Intercompany account reconciliations
Customer credit checks
Running aged debt reports
Direct Debit management
Managing relationships with customers (internal and external) and a shared service centre
Ad hoc accounting tasks
The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and be able to demonstrate an understanding of accounts functions. You will be an organised Administrator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to juggle and prioritise a busy and varied workload. This is a full time position however there is some flexibility with the hours (i.e. a 9.30am start).
