Accounts Assistant required:
Macildowie are working in partnership with one of the regions destination employers. They are looking for a Accounts Assistant to join their business on a 5 month temporary assignment. The Accounts Assistant will be covering a maternity leave. The Accounts department are a friendly team and they are looking for an Accounts Assistant that will embrace their team environment.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Banking Cash/Cheques
- Internal Trade Reports
- Updating/dealing with Fixed assets for Company
- Account releases
- Balance sheet recs, Profit figures & Provision schedules
- Formatting accounts Pack
- Property BPI
- Close SL/PL/NL for Company
- Pension Movements
- PAYE Movements
- Purchase Ledger Internal trackers (spreadsheets)
- Chase SL debt & statements
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 12 months experience within a clerical finance environment and be available for an immediate start.
