Macildowie are excited to be working alongside a fantastic medical-tech business to recruit an experienced general Administrator on a temporary basis.
You will be supporting various different departments within the business including Reception, IT and Quality, so we are looking for someone flexible and happy to help where needed.
This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 5pm.
The role is predominately office based, however there is the flexibility to work 1 day a week remotely from home.
Role & The Ideal Candidate:
- Providing general administrative support to the wider business, with a main focus within the Quality department.
- Handling high-volumes of data, ensuring all is updated, monitored and cross checked.
- IT literate: Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the capability to prioritise tasks.
- The ability to use own initiative in situations.
- Confident, friendly with a solution-led approach to work.
