Macildowie are looking for an Admin Assistant to a PA of a construction company based in Leicester. The role will also be to work closely with the MD and support the sales team.
This is a temporary to permanent role. Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm with 1 Saturday per month which will be for 3 hours.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Typing of emails
Helping to prepare sales quotations for the UK and US sales office
Answering the telephone
Light diary management
Booking flights and hotel accommodation for engineers
Light data input
Applying for passports and visas for engineers and senior management
General office administration duties.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Speed writing capability or short hand will be required as there will be dictation from the Managing Director. You will need to be confident on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) with a minimum of 1 years administration or PA experience. This role would be perfect for someone who is an ambitious and driven individual who is looking to progress in to a PA position in the future. In this role you can be dealing with quite difficult individuals so would need someone who is quite a touch cookie!
