Provide PA support - diary management, travel arrangements, meeting and events coordination
Financial support - processing expenses, administration of company credit cards
General office duties - Management of an Administration Assistant, ordering stock, stationery and kitchen supplies
You must have experience of working in an administration or PA role at senior level and have excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You must understand the importance of confidentiality and have confident and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
