Macildowie are currently looking for an Administrator working for a business based in Thurmaston.
This is a permanent with full time hours.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opening, distributing and/or filing post
Producing letters and handling outgoing post
Answering phone calls, taking messages and greeting visitors
Ordering and maintaining equipment and stationery
Organising and scheduling meetings and events
Organising travel and accommodation for staff
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Excellent vocal and written English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight timescales
Excellent PC skills with expertise in a variety of software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
Attention to detail
A proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure
